Vandals Cause Thousands in Damage at Local Schools over Weekend

San Angelo Police are investigating several reports of gang related criminal mischief.

Police were dispatched to Lake View High early Saturday morning and located gang related graffiti.  School officials estimated approximately $15,000 in damage.

Officers also responded to TLC Charter School’s elementary campus for the report of gang related graffiti on eight (8) buses.  Another report of the same style graffiti on a private vehicle was taken in the 900 block of LBJ Drive.  In all three cases, the graffiti appears to be from the gang Southside 25.

Police have surveillance video of a light-colored 4-door sedan with a third brake light and three suspects clothed in light and gray-colored clothing, hoodies and athletic shoes.
