Press Release #091015(08)-Police Searching for Remaining Wanted Suspect in August Shooting

San Angelo Police have obtained an Arrest Warrant for a fourth person involved in the shooting incident on N. Sellers Street last month.

 

Eric J. Martinez (DOB 09-08-89) is wanted for Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit another Felony for his involvement in the shooting of a 69-year-old San Angelo man on August 31, 2015, at a residence in the 500 block of N. Sellers St.   The shooting victim has not recovered.  He is being treated at a local hospital for life-threatening injuries.

 

Fernando Lavaris Jr. (DOB 06-19-86) was arrested the day of the shooting by the Department's Special Operations Section and Patrol Division.  Two other suspects involved in the incident were recently arrested; Jonathan Jesse Marin (DOB 02-28-89) was booked into the Tom Green County Jail on September 3 and Eliza [AKA Lisa] Losoya  (DOB 02-23-87) on September 2.
