Police Get Good Haul after Locating Felon, Body Armor at Local Storage Facility

Just after 2:30 a.m., Police were dispatched to Colonial Storage, 3120 Knickerbocker Road, for the report of a suspicious occupied vehicle.  

Officers arrived and located a man working on the vehicle in question, a white 2000 GMC truck.  The man was identified as James A. Hall, 53, of San Angelo.  

While awaiting the results of a routine records check, Officers observed body armor inside the truck.  Hall showed to have an outstanding warrant out of Taylor County and prior Felony convictions.  

Hall was arrested for his outstanding warrant and Unlawful Possession of Body Armor by Felon and transported to the Tom Green County Jail without incident.
